Graves Foundation’s PRI investments allow us to partner with community-based developers and non-profit community development organizations to grow the number of long-term community focused spaces in our city, supporting our mission to create a city where all youth can thrive. By invitation only, the Graves Foundation makes a limited number of program-related investments (PRI) in real estate that directly ties to our foundation’s place-based commitment to Minneapolis.

We are deeply engaged in conversations with other organizations and community leaders on Lake Street to ensure that it remains a diverse and vibrant cultural corridor, and we are pleased to partner with community developers who are leading refreshed vitality on 38th and Chicago.
